10 HUGE Predictions For Independent Wrestling After ALL IN

4. The Elite Turn WWE Down

Though the show's bloated runtime meant their promo never aired, The Elite gathered in the ring and vowed to stick together after ALL IN's conclusion.

Their current contracts expire in February 2019. This has led to speculation that they may be WWE bound, but while the allure of Vince McMahon's company will be strong, we probably won't see this talented group ceding control of their careers anytime soon.

Why would Kenny Omega trade his reputation as 'The Best Bout Machine' for a company whose plethora of in-ring restrictions would make this nickname an impossibility?

Why would The Young Bucks choose to operate within a stifling corporate system that would nullify their genius-level marketing skills and prevent them from being themselves?

Why would Cody trade his life as an indie trendsetter for the creative team that buried him as Stardust?

Why would any of them throw away the unique, special movement they've worked tirelessly to build over the past few years, particularly with so much still on the table?

It's a matter of cash versus creativity, and while The Elite may well wind up under McMahon's employ someday, expect them to keep making waves elsewhere for the near few years.
