10 HUGE Predictions For WWE Crown Jewel 2021

3. Finn Bálor Vs. Xavier Woods

The New Day

Finn Bálor need only espouse some of his progressive views in order to get heat in his King Of The Ring final against Xavier Woods, but robbing this specific honour from the New Day man should be an effective enough way to manage it in the more traditional sense.

Woods' aspiration to follow in the footsteps of some WWE icons and Mabel is a strange one, but something he's gradually willed into existence via social media persistence and the inherent likelihood that the company would eventually bring back again. His route to the final has thus been one that's added spice to otherwise ordinary Raw midcard matches, while Bálor's battle with Sami Zayn in particular went some way to erasing the chronic end of The Demon's undefeated streak just last month.

The drama in Woods' journey has been hoping for no heartbreak. The time for that, sadly is now. Here's hoping the company most adept in matters of spite have some good follow-up material in the aftermath.

Winner - Finn Bálor
