10 Huge Questions Raised By Stephanie McMahon Quitting WWE

4. Will Roster Morale Be Irreparably Damaged?

However, there's no denying that Steph is a popular face amongst talent in the locker rooms. WWE workers speak highly of McMahon to the press - that's true of current names and legends from the past. She's a well-regarded figure, and highly-respected behind the curtain for both her professional contributions and likeable personality.

The question here is whether or not some will find their morale irreparably damaged by Stephanie's resignation. That becomes even more interesting when realising that Vince is back in the game. He's a different sort of cat, and carries a unique, intimidating aura compared to his daughter's more congenial approach.

This will be a shocker for some wrestlers then.

Overall morale could plummet if Vince gets back to his old tricks, especially creatively. Start/stop pushes could become normal again, and nobody wants that after a little more consistency under Triple H's watch. Naturally, Steph played a part in fostering positive relationships between employees and management too.
