10 Huge WWE Superstar Shake-up Predictions To Save SmackDown Live!

9. Big Cass

Big Cass' problematic pal Enzo Amore rather cruelly claimed to have emerged victorious from their sh*tty summer battle when his former partner went on the shelf for real in August 2017. The war has ultimately been been won by Cassady though, if only for the fact that he'll never have to team with the 'Smacktalker Skywalker' as long as he remains ousted from the organisation entirely.

Pre-WrestleMania hubbub suggested Cass was fighting fit after his lengthy layoff, and may even return with a tweaked persona to steer audience attention as far away from his formerly beloved pairing as possible. His brief run as a solo heel was something of a disaster before the knock anyway - a complete reset away from agitated audience was a help rather than a hindrance despite his visible devastation at missing out on this year's 'Show Of Shows' build.

As part of the team, Cass worked through much of Raw's bloated undercard. SmackDown Live! would facilitate numerous brand new feuds for an equally fresh persona. Current WWE Champion AJ Styles is one of the few talents Cass interacted well with in his original Raw run - their feud on opposite sides of the heel/face divide is infinitely more appealing.
