Where: WWE WrestleMania 34

Why It Sucked: Babyfaces done wrong are awful.

That's definitely what Roman Reigns was back in 2018. In fact, scratch that, he'd leapt onto that train three-four years earlier before working Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31. Fans booed him there, and they did so again in New Orleans for 'Mania 34. WWE didn't learn their lesson - they didn't want to.

The result was a tepid headliner that even a surprise finish couldn't save. Lesnar beat Vinnie Mac's designated superhero like he was filming the worst ending to a Marvel movie ever, and fans went home wondering what the point of all this was.

Roman was crestfallen inside the ring and few cared as they shuffled out of the huge Superdome stadium. This was not a rematch that needed to happen in the main event slot on the biggest card of the year. It just wasn't.
