There are many legendary streaks in the wrestling world, with the likes of The Undertaker, Goldberg and Jade Cargill wowing audiences with their profound win records. Asuka is no stranger to this, lasting 914 days in the company without losing a match. But nothing lasts forever, and WrestleMania was the death knell for Asuka's winning streak.

After dominating NXT and becoming the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble winner, Asuka tangled with Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Title at WrestleMania 34. But, much to the surprise of many, Charlotte managed to conquer her streak, giving The Empress of Tomorrow her first WWE loss.

Sadly, losing became a motif for her in the coming years as she failed to win any bouts at Mania. She lost in a battle royal on the kick-off show the next year, then lost her Tag Team Championship alongside Kairi Sane to Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss the year after. She then lost her Raw Women's Championship to Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 37.

Of course, Asuka is set to challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship at the upcoming WrestleMania 39. Perhaps the former Kana can finally grab herself a WrestleMania win then.
