10 Most Improved WWE Wrestlers Of 2014

1. Bray Wyatt

A year ago at this time, Bray Wyatt was still a guy that we were getting to know. Now we know much more about him and we've seen him go from just an average performer to a near main event level performer. Wyatt's feud with Daniel Bryan to start 2014 was one of the year's best. Their singles match at Royal Rumble was outstanding. If Bryan didn't get hurt later in the year he probably would have had another feud with Wyatt. Hopefully they can get back to that. As the leader of The Wyatt Family, they won most of their battles with The Shield. Then he focused on the biggest face in the company, John Cena. Their feud was long as it led to three PPV matches with Wyatt only winning once after heavy interference, but what that rivalry did was show us that Wyatt belonged as a top guy. His summer feud was with Chris Jericho, which was okay but not great. He ended the year by targeting Dean Ambrose. It's been fun so far although maybe we expected more out of those rivalries too. Wyatt is arguably the best promo man among the active wrestlers in WWE (Paul Heyman is probably the best overall talker) and it's because he's given a platform to express himself. He's come a long way from the days of being Husky Harris. This Wyatt character really is only a couple of years old and he's not even 30 years old yet. There aren't that many guys on WWE's current roster that you can point to as a sure-fire lock to be a main event player for the next decade. Wyatt is one of those few. It's because of how much he improved in 2014. The best is yet to com.
