10 Incredibly Odd Commercials Starring WWE Stars

8. Rob Van Dam - 7-11 Slurpee Cup

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UT4xhbtig3M The WWE is no stranger to doing promotional work with 7-11: back in 2002, the company struck a deal to have a series of collector cups that you could swirl your favorite flavor of slushy delicious-ness into. The Rock, The Hardy Boyz, and Rob Van Dam were the featured stars, with RVD having the privilege of being featured in the commercial. As the Josh Matthews look-a-like grabs his Rock cup to pour himself some Blue Raspberry, RVD stops him and forces him to use the cup that features the Whole F€™n Show himself. The most peculiar thing about the commercial is RVD€™s clothing in a public setting. Apparently, storming up to a dude in a convenience store while wearing the full ring gear that you€™re known for is a massive no-no in the Slurpee Cup world. Rob Van Dam is wearing his signature dragon singlet with his fists taped up, but teaming them up with some mom jeans to cover up his legs, no doubt at the behest of a director who noticed the gigantic potential plot hole.
