Like Cesaro, there's at least an outside chance that Neville could yet come good on all his potential inside the WWE ring. According to the most recent update, he's still very much an employee of Vince McMahon at the time of writing.

Even so, most fans who saw the Brit perform on the independent circuit as Pac are in agreement that his career since signing for the biggest show in town has taken a bit of a nosedive.

For one thing, he's spent the last year confined to the forgotten 205 Live division, made to compete in seven- or eight-minute pre-show matches instead of being given the opportunity to fight for the company's biggest prizes.

As a starting point, none of that sounds too bad - but unlike the other cruiserweights, Neville has been on the WWE books for more than five years now. We're approaching the point where he needs either to become a genuine main event force or forever go down as a super-talented warm-up act.
