8. Adam Cole
When you look at the landscape of Ring Of Honor, their most promising singles performer might be Adam Cole. Cole held the ROH World Championship for 275 days, one of the longer reigns in company history. Hes proven himself as both a babyface and a heel and shown he can be strong on both sides. With five years of really strong work in ROH and only being 26 years old, Cole is the perfect type of talent for WWE to sign and use in NXT for a year or two before bringing him up to the main roster. In addition to this, The Former ROH Champion has worked with several WWE names like Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens so there are ready made matches that hell be comfortable in and can give him strong outings. Having done everything there is to do in Ring of Honor and worked in a variety of promotions, 2016 should be the year to see Cole make the jump to WWE and hes young enough that spending some time in NXT to adjust to the style would not only benefit him but also give the NXT brand a huge boost of credibility.
