10 Indie Wrestling Acts WWE Must Sign For NXT In 2016

7. Mickie James

When Rhyno came into NXT, it helped younger guys getting to work with a veteran like The Man Beast and provided some exciting matches. With that in mind, I think the injection of Mickie James into the NXT Womens Division could see similar success. After being released by WWE in 2010, Mickie had a great run in TNA and proved that in ring, she€™s still a great performer who has a lot to give to the wrestling business. In 2013, she visited the WWE Performance Center for a week to work with the young talents, showing that the company had faith that she has skills to teach the younger female talent. With more Takeover shows and touring, Mickie would be an excellent contender to work a title program with Bayley and then work feuds with greener workers like Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss, to help them improve their style. Nobody€™s under any illusion that WWE will want Mickie James back on the main roster in a regular role but with three of the Four Horsewomen on the main roster, the NXT Women€™s Division could really use a strong veteran like Mickie James.
