Before his successful stints in ECW and WCW, Bam Bam was one of WWE's biggest stars in the late 1980s and early 90s. Two things happened at the 1994 Royal Rumble: Diesel dominated before Lex Luger and Bret Hart eliminated each other to become the first ever co-winners. However, The Beast From The East lasted longer than any other man with a time of 30:12. That's extra impressive when you consider that he and Tatanka had a match on the undercard. Bam Bam entered at number 15 and was served his long time rival Doink The Clown on a platter, thanks to Messrs Nash and Crush. Later, he was instrumental in removing Big Daddy Cool and Mabel from the running. Bam Bam eventually went out in a blaze of glory. He was nailed by Lex Luger's unprotected metal forearm on the apron which sent him sprawling to the floor in what has to be one of the best sells in Rumble history.
