On the average card, the sheer number of bouts means that not every contest needs to be a technical masterpiece. While Dude Love vs. Orange Cassidy would likely leave wrestling purists aghast, the duo would thoroughly amuse the rest of us. Whether you think it has a place in wrestling or not, both Cassidy and Foley have great comedic sensibility.
Dude Love is the Holy Ghost of the Three Faces of Foley, a little bit overshadowed by the remaining two. The character is often under-appreciated, with many fans forgetting that Dude Love main evented the first ever Unforgiven pay-per-view (1998), unsuccessfully challenging for the WWF Championship.
The hippy that was a throwback in the '90s taking on the modern millennial slacker has the potential to surprise. Especially if their match was contested under hardcore rules.
