10 Insane Moves WWE Will Make To Save 2020

4. Boneyard 2

Vince McMahon: "Boneyard Match, Firefly Fun House, Money In The Bank at WWE HQ, Stadium Stampede. What does that say to you about cinematic matches?"

Wrestling Fan: "There's too many of them?"

Vince McMahon: That's one way of looking at it, another way of looking at it is, people like them, let's make some more of them.

We may be forced to smell a little more of Vince McMahon's cheese this year, for the better and worse of the above list of matches that wrestling has smartly utilised during the disparate and depressing Empty Arena Era.

A sequel to the AJ Styles/Undertaker clash feels oddly inevitable. 'The Phenomenal One' obnoxiously no-sold the ramifications of being buried alive during his Monday Night Raw, only to be spooked by every Undertaker poster and - more understandably - a room with a casket in.

Regardless of how else they indulge their artistic impulses in the near future, they're going back there, so why not just offer people the chance to get a little more of they thing they loved on the 'Show Of Shows'. Undertaker's Network documentary has generated a lot of buzz, and would it really be that out-of-character for WWE to 50/50 book a multi-match feud without delivering a finish?
