10 Insane Vince McMahon Stories Everybody Believes
7. Strip Club Hart Attack
WWE is forever discouraging its younger viewers from trying out wrestling moves at home - but, apparently, it's fine to do them from the comfort of a strip club.
Years ago, Bret Hart told ESPN the hilarious story of how a group of WWE wrestlers conspired to give Vince a jovial beating the second he walked through door of the bar they were drinking in, but how his Hart Foundation co-founder Jim Neidhart was left disappointed when Hawk hit him with what he called "a powder puff clothesline".
Later in the night, when the chairman of the board was a little worse for wear, they tried again, this time with Neidhart raising Vince above his head and Bret - pre-Screwjob - clocking him as hard as he possibly could with an unforgiving forearm (presumably, as a room full of customers watched in wide-eyed horror).
Laid out on the bar room floor, Vince told the Hitman that he owed him a drink, and by the following morning all was forgiven. Maybe Kofi should have gone in a little harder on the plane after all.
