10 Insane Wrestling Moves AJ Styles Doesn't Do Anymore
1. Hollow Point
In 2014, AJ Styles's return to Japan and the independent scene saw many new workers take the Styles Clash, and unfortunately, some of them didn't do it properly. Since most wrestling moves call for the recipient to tuck his or her head, many wrestlers do it naturally. With the Styles Clash, though, tucking one's head can lead to serious injury, and it did just that for Yoshi Tatsu and British worker Lionheart.
A call came for Styles to stop using the move, so what did he do? He kept it up, and added another maneuver that was even more dangerous - the Hollow Point. Styles would pick an opponent up like he was going to do the clash, but instead of hooking his foe's arms with his legs, he would simply drop down to his knees, planting his head in the mat. The move was evocative of Toshiaki Kawada's infamous Ganso Bomb, and odds are we won't ever be seeing it in WWE.
