10 INSANE WWE International Incidents
1. The Plane Ride From Hell, Part II
…Goldust went full Kirk Van Houten by serenading his ex-wife Terri Runnels over the PA, in a tragicomic scene, after his “you and me are gonna f*ck” advances towards Cappellano resulted only in his being implicated in the same lawsuit.
Cappellano was also allegedly harassed by Scott Hall. She claimed in the suit that she was told to “suck his d*ck”; Doyle claimed that Hall told her of his desire to “lick her p*ssy”. Hall, dismissed by WWE almost immediately thereafter, slumped into unconsciousness before further embarrassing himself and threatening others. Brock Lesnar and Mr. Perfect—also released—went to a non-finish in an amateur wrestling p*ssing contest, the likes of which Vince McMahon and Kurt Angle were, obviously, able to get away with weeks earlier.
The WWF was always a babyface territory. WWE is a heel territory now, and this was the crazed moment of inception.
Amid the chaos, WWE booked one babyface triumph, at least: Hayes, loathed by “the boys”, reopened the gig wound on Bradshaw’s forehead with a smile plastered over his face. Stories vary on how Hayes ended up unconscious—either Bradhaw sent him there with his fist, or Hayes slumped into it—but unconscious he was, at which point Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman decided to cut off his ponytail in an act of revenge.
Pac pinned the donkey’s tail on the wall at TV the next day.
