It€™s obvious that WWE had big plans for Brock Lesnar when he debuted, but even the biggest optimist had to be a little surprised how quickly he€™d be elevated up the card. Lesnar had barely been on the WWE main roster for two months when he was matched up against one of the industry€™s biggest stars, Ric Flair. It certainly wouldn€™t be the last time Lesnar would beat a future WWE Hall of Famer, but it was one of the biggest names he defeated in MSG. Incidentally, two months after beating Flair in MSG, Brock defeated the Rock for the WWE Undisputed Championship just 30 miles east at the Nassau Coliseum.
