Triple H has been one of the most successful wrestlers of the past 20 years, so it is no surprise that he clocks in with the most total minutes spent in the Royal Rumble at 231. The amazing part of Triple H having this record is that he has only been in a total of eight Royal Rumble matches; which is mainly due to the fact that he was wrestling to defend or obtain the WWE or World Championships.
