3. A Record Breaking Performance For The Big Red Monster (42 - Kane)
The one thing you can always say about Kane is that he has amazing longevity and the ability to avoid injury. He has been in the business for a very long time (since 1997 as Kane); which means he has been in a lot of Royal Rumbles. This year marked the 18th time that the Big Red Monster entered this type of match, so it would not be any surprise that he is set to hold a few Rumble records by the time Kane decides to call it a career. For this year's Rumble, Kane passed Shawn Michaels for all-time career eliminations. Kane had four total eliminations, all with the assist of the Big Show. The elimination of Ryback tied HBK, and the elimination of Dolph Ziggler broke the record to reach 40 total eliminations. Kane would add two more with the eliminations of Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose to have the current record of 42 career Rumble eliminations. Kane still is working a full-time schedule, so it is safe to say he could extend this record in the next couple years to come.
