10 Kick-Ass WWE Moments We Can’t Wait To See

4. Lita's Return To The WWE Ring

Suggesting that Lita could return to reform 'Team Xtreme' with Matt and Jeff Hardy may just be a bit ambitious, because it's unclear just how well that would be received by Matt's wife Reby Sky, but it doesn't change the fact that seeing Lita back in the WWE mix by herself would raise a smile.

Retiring from the ring in 2006, the former Women's Champ has worked for WWE in the interim as an announcer, presenter and ambassador. Away from the WWE bubble, she's even made a wrestling return on the independent scene, and that should get pulses racing that fans will soon see her work alongside the likes of Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair.

There's no way that WWE wouldn't be interested; Lita is one of the biggest female stars the promotion has ever created.

Having her make a spirited comeback with the view of putting a new crop of women over seems appealing, and the only thing blocking such a move would be Lita's own willingness to wrestle more regularly. Lita's assault on the new generation of females in WWE makes perfect sense, and the same could be said of one more Women's Title run.
