As we get ever closer to the next set of What Culture Pro Wrestling shows, 13 of the 15 names taking part in the first Kurt Angle Invitational Rumble have been announced.

The winner of the Rumble gets the chance to face the Olympic Hero at WCPW Refuse To Lose on October 6th, and the list of men taking part is impressive to say the least, and picking a winner at this point would be a fool's game.

Drew Galloway is the only man taking part with Rumble-experience, and the Scotsman also happens to be the tallest man in the competition. Height doesn't exactly equal success in battle royals however. A number of other TNA stars will be involved, namely ECIII (who has yet to be pinned or submitted by Angle) and Moose (the heaviest man taking part). Former TNA X-Division Champion Doug Williams is also confirmed for the Rumble.

A host of WCPW regulars will also be taking part. Gabriel Kidd is the only man involved who wasn't born when Angle won his Olympic Gold Medal 20 years ago, and on the other side of the experience scale the currently unbeaten El Ligero may very well be the favourite going in. Ligero's rival Martin Kirby is also confirmed.

'The Villain' Marty Scurll will also be involved, but he'll have to be careful where he leaves his trademark umbrella lest the beast Primate decide it is a viable weapon for the brute. Primate's rival Joe Coffey is also confirmed, and who wouldn't love to see a match between the Ironman and Angle?

Johnny Moss and Liam Slater will bring teamwork to the Rumble, alhough what happens if it comes down to those two is anyone's guess. Moss has been mentoring Slater to this point, but would the lure of a career-highlight bout against Kurt Angle be too tempting? Finally, 'The Local Hero' Joe Hendry is also putting his name in the hat, and if you can't imagine 'The Local Hero vs. The Olympic Hero' on show posters you're in the wrong world.

Two names are still to be announced for the Rumble, which takes place at the WCPW show on August 25th. Tickets are still available for the show, so head over to WC.pw to pick yours up before it is too late.
