10 Kurt Angle WWE Matches We Must See

5. Seth Rollins

Make no mistake about it, Seth Rollins is the next huge babyface star in professional wrestling. His championship run this summer may have come on the darkside of the roster, but his moveset, demeanour and high energy style almost demands an eventual turn to the good. He'll continue putting on fantastic matches too, with a whole new range of opponents. It truly is an exciting future to think about. That future would be exceedingly more exciting if it happens to include one Kurt Angle. A fine argument can be put forward for Rollins being the number one worker in WWE in 2015 up until his recent injury, an accolade that Kurt Angle would have walked away with during any of his previous years with the company. Angle is such a varied worker that he excels against all styles, but my favourite was always seeing him go up against guys known for their speed and quickness. Watching Angle try to ground and dissect Rollins over a length of time before Seth makes his crowd-inspired comeback would be delightful to watch.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
