Though The New Day were drafted to the SmackDown Live roster in April's Superstar Shake Up, they didn't make their first appearance for the blue brand until May 30. It was an ankle injury to Kofi Kingston that delayed their debut, but when they did arrive, they announced that they'd be challenging The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at Money in the Bank.

One thing that goes without saying is that the match should be great - The New Day had no shortage of classics during their tenure on Raw, while The Usos have been doing great work as heel champions. If the bout gets enough time (and it should, given that only five matches have been announced for the main show), it could be a classic.

The way WWE typically books, though, the result of the match isn't really in doubt. The company is a lot more likely to have New Day vie for the titles for a while before actually winning them than change the belts immediately. This feud will likely continue for a while given that they're the brand's top two tandems, so expect an Usos win in the first meeting.
