10 Last-Minute WWE No Mercy 2017 Rumours You Need To Know
4. Lesnar Wins The Battle, Strowman Wins The War
One of the bright spots on WWE TV this year has been the use and development of Braun Strowman. Formerly the greener-than-grass enforcer of The Wyatt Family, Strowman has shown amazing improvement, turning into a genuine talent who also happens to be one of the most exciting big men in all of wrestling.
Strowman came up short in his attempt to win the Universal Title in SummerSlam's fatal four-way match, but his strong performance has earned him a one-on-one match with Lesnar. Many fans are excited to see just how far Strowman has come, and wonder if he'll put up a fight against "The Beast."
The relative rookie will probably show his talent, but don't expect him to win. The endgame of the Brock Lesnar reign is him putting over Roman Reigns, and like it or not, that's where we're headed. That means that Lesnar wins on Sunday - but some fans are speculating that even though Strowman will get the L, he'll pick up a visual win by leaving Brock laying. Given the way WWE books - the company likes to have its cake and eat it, too - that seems likely. Expect an ending where both guys come off looking bad.
