10 Least Intimidating WWE Monsters Ever

6. Mordecai

Mordecai has become something of a running joke in the annuls of professional wrestling history. Real name Kevin Fertig, the Pale Rider was a religious zealot on a crusade to rid the world of sin. It was peculiar, a little intriguing, and aesthetically striking. Mordecai wore all white and had a bleached blonde hair colour, furthering this idea of purity.

The story goes that the character was created to eventually feud with the Undertaker, but that never came to fruition. One of the reasons was that Fertig himself wasn't ready for the spot. Another reason was that Mordecai wasn't really all that scary or intimidating at all.

He wasn't really all that big either, standing just six feet three inches. For reference, this is just an inch taller than CM Punk. Not a small dude by any stretch of the imagination, but a monster? Nah.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
