10 Legitimate WWE Hard Man Reputations Explored

1. Haku/Meng

When it comes to tough guys in the world of professional wrestling, nobody can hold a candle to Meng. Also known as Haku during his in-ring career, the Tongan warrior has become infamous amongst wrestling fans since the dawn of the internet, mainly due to the incredible amount of crazy stories others have told about him. Jake 'The Snake' Roberts once infamously said that if he was inside a tank and tasked with shooting Meng, he'd much rather evacuate the metal vehicle and shoot himself in the face, rather than risk wounding the guy and getting him mad. Others have told numerous tales of Meng - amongst other things - biting part of a man's ear off, chewing skin from another guy's back, and even beating the hell out of an entire car full of cops. During their Hardcore Title matches in WCW, Norman Smiley has said he would often take extra special care not to hit Meng too hard with weapons, just incase he ticked him off and received the punishment back tenfold. In addition, the gargantuan Andre The Giant greatly respected Meng, because even giants knew they'd be cut down to size by this legitimate bad-ass if they dared to get on the wrong side of him.
