10 Legitimately Good Acting Performances By Pro Wrestlers In Movies

6. Big Show As Walter Krunk - (Knucklehead)

It's amazing to think of the longevity the Big Show has had in the business of pro wrestling since his debut in the mid-1990s. Similar to Andre the Giant, Big Show is an attraction that still leaves fans awe-inspired in his presence to this day. He has garnered much success in the last two decades, winning a multitude of championships that have earned him a future spot in the illustrious WWE Hall of Fame. He, too, has made a name for himself outside of the squared circle, having appeared on countless television shows and in a handful of films. Fans are most familiar with his brief cameo in 1998's "The Waterboy" where he portrayed the role of Captain Insano. It wasn't until 2010 that he starred in his first feature film "Knucklehead", a WWE Studios production. Again, most movies distributed by WWE Studios aren't blockbusters, but for what it was, "Knucklehead" was a fun film and Big Show was able to break out his shell a bit in the process. Show is known for being a funny guy inside and outside the ring, so for him to carry his comedy to the big screen was a good fit. He was genuinely humorous and showed potential of being involved in more movies down the line when his in-ring career winds down. He'll have a starring role in WWE Studios' "Vendetta" in 2015.
