10 Lessons WWE Raw Needs To Learn From SmackDown Right Now

9. Put More Effort Into The Tag Division

Tag Teams have always been problematic in WWE. Triple H seems to be fully invested in rebuilding the NXT Tag Division, whereas Vince McMahon seems keen to split up every tag act that he has. RAW has suffered from this issue constantly. Also, the bizarre storyline between The Street Profits and The Viking Raiders went nowhere, and now The Hurt Business are dealing with infighting.

Surprisingly, SmackDown is currently going full steam ahead (despite the lack of teams). The Dirty Dawgs are now a compelling team. The matching outfits, the name and the joint move-set work really well, making them look like an actual team. Their match against The Street Profits was a highlight of SmackDown, as well as some of their promo work.

Often times teams that are just thrown together come across as odd. However, RAW has enough talent to make this work. Riddle has already proven he can make a team like this work with The Broserweights, so maybe put Riddle with Keith Lee or Ricochet. With the calibre of athletes in those teams, we could at least get some great matches out of the pairings.

The Street Profits and The Dirty Dawgs are holding down the tag division on SmackDown, but the same can't be said for RAW. The Tag Team Champions are bickering and not getting along, a story that has been done to death in WWE. RAW just needs to rebuild the division from the ground up and rethink their tag team storytelling as a whole.
