10 Lessons WWE WrestleMania 36 Needs To Learn From WrestleMania 35
4. Defend An NXT Title On The Grandest Stage
2019 has arguably been the most important year in NXT's still relatively fresh history.
Going head-to-head with AEW on its new home of the USA Network and absolutely stealing the spotlight more than ever at this year's Survivor Series has forced the brand into the forefront of not just die-hard fans' minds but casual audiences', too.
That's why now is the perfect time to pull the trigger on an NXT title match on the Grandest Stage.
We're not saying WWE need to jam even more matches onto a card that we've already highlighted is way too long. But, in giving the most impressive show under their umbrella a small rub at the Show of Shows, it could help get a few more eyes on the excellence going down on Wednesday nights.
They've proven they can wedge a title match into proceedings despite having a Takeover the night before - as they did at Survivor Series - and it doesn't even have to be the top belt, a North American title scramble or better yet an NXT Women's Championship match would be a fitting way to end a landmark year for the division.
Everyone wins by giving the black and yellow brand a nod at WrestleMania 36 and by booking the first NXT title match in the event's history - in its spiritual home of Florida no less - this year's show could find itself standing head and shoulders above 'Mania 35 through this decision alone.
