10 Lessons WWE's Main Roster Is Slowly Learning From NXT's Success

4. Motivate Truly Gifted Talent To Over-Deliver On A Routine Basis

As much as wrestling proves the notion true that a great ensemble cast is capable of accomplishing incredible things, there are points when the levels of talent in an ensemble are not exactly comparable. In these situations, it behooves the booker to be able to inspire certain performers to night after night give 150% of themselves, and be "compensated" fairly via high-profile opportunities. What Triple H has done to Sasha Banks is what someone in WWE should be inspiring in Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Neville and numerous others. There's no good reason why The New Day should be the crew on that roster carrying the program when the broad and gifted shoulders of someone like Cesaro are ready, willing and more than able to shoulder the load. While what The New Day are doing is no fluke, just like Sasha working alongside the likes of Finn Balor, Bayley and Samoa Joe in NXT, the main roster's new top heel trio could certainly use some similarly motivated assistance.
