10 "Little Guys" Who Should Have Been WWE Champion

2. Jimmy Snuka

Can you believe that Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka never held a single title in the WWE? He's one of the only superstars in the Hall of Fame to hold that distinction and, quite frankly, that's just nuts.

This is partially his own fault, since he never stayed in the WWE for more than three years at a time, choosing to bounce between AWA and ECW (where he thankfully did win a couple of titles), but considering the amount of fanfare he received each and every time he stepped foot into the ring, you'd think three years would be plenty of time for him to build up enough steam for a run at the championship.

But it would seem that Snuka's habit of incorporating high-flying, aerial attacks into all of his matches planted the 5' 10", 235 pound daredevil firmly into the territory of the cruiserweights, despite his bodybuilder frame.

Now, why he wasn't able to capture any of the other titles is another question altogether...
