10 Live Observations From WWE Raw Live Event Barclays Center

1. House Shows Are Still Fun

There's typically a reason why the crowds at WWE's non-televised events are younger than the TV or PPV audiences. Most longtime fans have learned that house shows don't usually feature great matches, and it's even rarer for anything important (such as title changes) to happen. For younger fans, though, just the opportunity to go to a show and see the superstars live is a draw in an of itself.

So like many other childless fans over the age of 18, I don't typically attend WWE house shows. And while I can't say that I'm going to start making a habit of it from here on out, it was nice to go and see some fun - if low-stakes - matches. Plus, with a younger crowd on hand, there were fewer people shouting offensive things, so the atmosphere was above average for a wrestling show. All in all, it was a really entertaining evening.
