Your current reigning and defending WWE Tag Team Champions of the world, The New Day look certain to continue as such for the near future despite a fairly stacked division in 2016. They will take on The Vaudevillains at Extreme Rules this Sunday, and whilst there is a chance that the Vaudies could take home the bronze to set up future redemption for Enzo Amore, New Day must be the favourites as of right now.

This is Kofi, Big E. and Xavier's second run as champions, after their first came to an abrupt end at the hands of the Prime Time Players. They have seen off the challenges of the Dudley Boyz, Jimmy & Jey Uso, The Lucha Dragons and others in establishing themselves as the top team in the division.

Considering the start that the New Day had back in 2014, their current standing as lynchpins of the tag division as well as being one of the most popular acts in the company is impressive, to say the least. Kofi Kingston now also holds the record for longest combined reigns, with his four reigns covering 600 days (and counting).

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
