It's almost sad that one of the loudest crowd reactions ever came on the back of a story that glorified how much of a terrible human being Vince McMahon is.
It may have been Vince's alter ego 'Mr McMahon' keeping his wife Linda in a medically-induced catatonic state and hooking up with Trish Stratus in front of his lifeless, wheelchair-bound spouse, but come on.
The WrestleMania X7 Street Fight between Vince and Shane McMahon was filled with highlights, but it wasn't until Vince had Linda dragged into the ring to watch the continued beatdown of her son that the crowd hit fever pitch.
As Vince battered his son with a trash can (oh WWE, never change), the seemingly-drugged Linda McMahon stood up and equaled the ledger by booting her dear Husband of the Year square in the grapefruits. As it turns out, a now-face Stratus had not administered Linda's most recent dose, allowing Linda to pick the perfect moment to turn the tide in Shane's eventual victory.
