The Undertaker's famed WrestleMania undefeated streak coming to an end has been teased numerous times in recent years. We know Brock Lesnar eventually became the "1 in 21-1", but if ever there was a moment fans were convinced 'Taker would be pinned before what played out two years later, this was it.

The Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 28 between The Dead Man and Triple H was the culmination of three years of streak drama. With Shawn Michaels unable to get the job done on two occasions and The Game failing the year before, this match truly was the 'End Of An Era'.

After a massacre of chair shots, sledgehammer batterings and referee beatings, the atmosphere reached a surreal level when Shawn Michaels, who had been taken out by Undertaker's Hell's Gate submission, got even with The Phenom by way of Sweet Chin Music. The unexpected move served Undertaker's streak on a plate to Triple H, who instantly hit The Pedigree to signal the end.

An enthusiastic Michaels counted the pin but to the genuine shock of the on-edge audience, Undertaker kicked out at the very last second to a monumental eruption. Another kick-out from a Pedigree later, The Dead Man took control of the match and extended the famed streak to 20-0.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
