10 MAJOR Changes Coming To WWE Following UFC Merger

2. More Expensive Pay-Per-Views

Currently, Endeavor charges between $70-80 for UFC pay-per-views in the US. Elsewhere, like in the UK, they air on cheaper, bespoke networks like BT Sport (often via box office services). There are genuine worries that the new owners will look at WWE's business model and think they're underselling premium live events.

In the States, WWE PPVs sell for between $44.95-$54.95 depending on whether or not one fancies the high definition stream. Of course, there's the Peacock Premium option too. Outside the domestic market, WWE Network is still available, and represents amazing value for those who fancy keeping up to speed with all things WWE.

Are more expensive pay-per-views coming over the long-term?

Bringing WWE events in line with UFC would represent an approximate $30 jump in price for some customers buying one-off events, which sounds really hefty. This becomes even more worrying when realising that the current Peacock/WWE Network model may not be around forever either.
