10 Matches That Must Happen At WWE Money In The Bank 2020

5. NXT Women’s Championship - Charlotte Flair Vs. Rhea Ripley

Such a shame that this feud is taking place at this time, as it really could have been the making of Rhea Ripley. Saying that, not tapping out in the middle of the ring certainly would have helped in that making, but what has happened has happened and WWE must sleep in the bed it has made. Once again.

This feud may well be contained on NXT TV, but expect Charlotte and Rhea to do battle across the brands over the coming weeks. Bringing the feud to the main roster essentially works as a constant advert for the Wednesday night show, at a time when the ratings war with AEW is as much about morale as anything else.

Charlotte and Rhea should compete at Money in the Bank, but don’t expect a clean outcome like their bout at WrestleMania 36. Some sort of schmozz finish is almost inevitable, maybe even a massive double-knockout spot that leads to an eventual Last Woman Standing match, or something along those lines.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
