10 Matches We NEED To See At WWE WrestleMania 36

1. Edge Vs. Seth Rollins

So... about that whole fantasy booking promise.

There are many great matches being pitched for WrestleMania this year, but a 'Rated R' return to the ring would undoubtedly be the most tremendous, unless CM Punk has a rather large change of heart.

This pitch has to come with a fairly obvious caveat; no-one wants to see Edge back wrestling unless he has been completely medically cleared - one spear on Elias at SummerSlam doesn't mean he should be taking brutal bumps in a 30-minute epic.

Nonetheless, if Edge has made a miraculous recovery from his career-ending injury, a return at the Royal Rumble to set up a match against the biggest b*stard on Monday Night Raw (and the man who tried to kill him over five years ago) would be phenomenal.

Seth Rollins had a rollercoaster 2019; he won the Royal Rumble and defeated Brock Lesnar for the title twice, but he also had a disastrous time on social media and lost almost all fan support during his title reigns as a result.

2020's reinvention has come at the perfect time, and his new faction has elevated the 'Monday Night Messiah' back to his heel best. Edge would receive a hero's welcome if he came back, and every hero needs a villain. Imagine Rollins threatening to stomp on Edge's surgically repaired neck at every opportunity?!

Pitting these two against each other is guaranteed to grab even the most casual fan's attention and ensure that WrestleMania is rated R!
