10 Mistakes WWE Refuse To Learn From
4. Oversaturation
There is a lot of WWE. Even if you only watch Raw, SmackDown and Network specials that is still five hours of wrestling a week plus an extra three every fortnight. If you then throw in NXT, 205 Live and perhaps even some wrestling produced by a company not based in Connecticut, you’re getting into silly territory.
Yet, WWE doesn't seem to get this. If anything, they want us to absorb even more of their stuff. They want Roman Reigns to dance through your dreams super punching your family and declaring your house his yard. Apparently, everyone booing the hell out of him isn't enough to tell him that maybe they should cut back on that stuff.
That’s why Raw went to three hours, and that’s why we’ve already had ten PPVs this year. It’s also why a lot of fans are beginning to tap out. It doesn’t matter how much you love wrestling, at some point enough is enough. There is only so many Randy Orton vs. Jinder Mahal main events you can sit through before you have to turn it off.
