You might be staring at this and thinking, 'Huh? Madusa was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2015!'. Yes, yes she was, but the woman herself has repeatedly stated that hurling the WWF Women's Title into the trash on WCW's dime "ruined" much of her pro wrestling career from that moment on.

The WWE HOF was a brief bit of respite after 20 years of struggles.

Vince McMahon ditched Alundra Blayze and the entire women's division in late-1995, so Alundra (as Madusa) literally binned his belt live on the competition's flagship show Nitro. Looking back, it was another bid from Eric Bischoff to dig McMahon in the ribs, but it affected Madusa's career prospects terribly.

She wasn't welcome back in the WWF/WWE fold once WCW vanished, and even bagging regular autograph/meet n' greet gigs proved troublesome for one of the most revolutionary female performers of her generation. Madusa wishes she hadn't done this at all.
