10 More Early-'90s WWE Superstars You Totally Don't Remember

8. Pez Whatley

Former power lifter Pez Whatley briefly found employment with the WWF during 1990 and 1991, largely used as a jobber to some equally obscure names and, occasionally, the likes of Bret Hart, The British Bulldog and Rick Martel.

Having remained on the company's books for more than a year, it appears that Whatley as at the very least trusted to make some of the bigger stars look good in the ring, if not to actually get any sort of push on television.

To be fair, though, the guy joined the company at nearly 40-years-old, an age at which most wrestlers have already been long since thrown on the scrap-heap.

After parting ways with Vince McMahon, the Tennessee-native took up a similar role with WCW, where he briefly challenged - alongside the equally obscure Buck Brezner - for The Outsiders' tag team belts. Unsurprisingly, Hall and Nash didn't fancy putting them over.
