You know a move must be pretty intense if the hardcore legend that is Mick Foley feels it's not worth being on the receiving end of.

Throughout his highlight-packed career, Foley routinely put it all on the line. Falling off the top of Hell in a Cells. Taking an obscene amount of steel chair shots to the skull. And even getting speared through a blazing table. But something fans rarely got to witness is the Mankind man being launched backwards.

And this wasn't by accident.

Foley has gone on record during an episode of his Foley is Pod podcast (via WrestlingInc) to reveal how he largely avoided things like German Suplexes and often had a "plan B" ready to go due to it being a move that shortens careers "over time" and ultimately destroys a star's quality of life, in his eyes.

Though, the icon would admit to being launched by the likes of Rick Steiner "whether or not (he) wanted to go..."

In fact, Foley feels the German in particular is so dangerous that he has openly noted how he thinks the current generation could do without the move altogether.

And it's hard to argue with the idea of being dropped on your neck repeatedly likely not leading to many health benefits down the road.
