10 More WWE Stars Who Desperately Need New Gimmicks
9. Robert Roode
Suggestion: Robert Roode shouldn't revert back to his original 'Glorious' gimmick on NXT, Raw or SmackDown. That'd be a step backwards for the guy, and WWE didn't really know how to handle it on the main roster anyway. Maybe that'd be different under Trips, but meh - it's unnecessary.
He does need something post-Dirty Dawgs though.
Dolph Ziggler has moved on from their underrated tag-team, and now it's over to Bob Roode. Being honest, Roode is a wonderful worker who has always been downplayed in WWE's system. He's capable of doing so much more, and has decades of experience under his belt.
In short, the ex-TNA man is a valuable asset WWE can use to help elevate others. He should really be in that Sami Zayn mould, albeit with less of a wacky personality. Roode can reinvent himself as a grizzled veteran who's p*ssed off about being overlooked and wants the company's youth to suffer.
Bring it on.
