10 Most ANNOYING Wrestlers Ever

1. ’Sympathetic Prankster’ Hornswoggle

If you really, really hate somebody and want to put them off ever becoming a wrestling fan, then strap them to a chair and make them watch the feud Chavo Guerrero worked with Hornswoggle in 2009. They'll be begging for mercy within minutes. If that fails, then stick on lil' Horny hanging around with The Great Khali, Brodus Clay and/or his time as Vince McMahon's illegitimate son.

In fairness, Swoggle does deserve praise for his shockingly fun "WeeLC" match vs. El Torito before Extreme Rules 2014. That was an unexpected delight, and definitely ranks as the best thing he did during a decade long WWE stint. Sadly, the bad heavily outweighs the good from those 10 years. Hornswoggle was involved in too much trash, and he became somebody even the politest company fan dreaded seeing.

"Feel good comedy spots" became the norm post-Finlay alliance. WWE seemed to think that Swoggle was somebody the fanbase cherished, and that meant they crammed him in awkwardly to every Royal Rumble or other scenario they could think of. Hell, creative even used him as an out for the going nowhere 'Anonymous Raw General Manager' storyline. That was hard to forgive.

Fair play to the guy. He was living his best life and enjoying the limelight, but ye olde diminishing returns came back to bite Hornswoggle fast. He was responsible for some of the least-entertaining "comedy" moments in living memory. Thank God "WeeLC" exists to give fans something to look back on fondly.

On the whole, most wanted Swoggle to just...clear off.
