5. Disarm-Her (Becky Lynch)

"I'll rip your f*cking arm off!"

That delightful declaration has come from Becky Lynch on more than one occasion over the years. It perfectly explains why her 'Disarm-Her' (also called a straight-up 'Disarmer' depending who you talk to) is such an effective and believable submission finisher.

It's akin to a more traditional stump puller-style move, although Bex focuses on the arm not the leg. The same excruciating joint pain is implied however, and it's totally conceivable that Lynch could break someone's limb if they didn't frantically tap out or scream to the referee that they were calling it a night.

Provided she doesn't look too contrived when locking the move on, it's awesome. Sadists might (ahem) suggest that she put her knee on top of enemies to add to the pressure, give her more momentum and add to the agony.
