Bo Dallas, hyper-aggressive motivation speaker, developed organically as a character in NXT, where fans rejected his babyface run so roundly that he was forced to turn into an obnoxious heel. That persona shift may have saved his NXT run, but none of that three-dimensional depth was present when he was called up to WWE - instead, fans got a grinning nincompoop who spouted the same two-sentence promo before each match. It's a waste of Dallas, who could potentially be something more - he may not be Rey Mysterio, but he's talented enough in the ring. Despite not having a lot of natural charisma, he was booked in a way that masked his faults while in the developmental system. WWE hasn't taken that same level of care with him, and the result was a quick fall from grace. In 2015, he struggled to get TV time, but when he was featured, his contributions were far from memorable.
