Taking every opportunity he could to remind viewers of what might happen should Kamala get his hands on them, Bobby Heenan regularly said on commentary that the cannibal would put them in a big pot. Oh yeah, he was saying this when the WWF largely catered towards young children. Lovely.

If the prospect of being eaten alive wasn't enough to scare people, then the imposing sight of Kamala himself would do it. Led to the ring by his 'handler' Kim-Chee and manager Harvey Wippleman, the 'Ugandan Giant' looked dangerous and out of control as he slapped his belly and contorted a face covered in tribal paint.

Kamala was never the best in-ring performer, but that mattered little when he had such an intimidating gimmick. Credit must be dished out the way of Jim Harris (the man behind the character), because he turned Kamala into a believable horror, one who would apparently enjoy eating fans.
