10 Most Creative Ways Wrestlers Cheated To Win

2. Latino Heat Takes A Seat - Eddie Guerrero, Smackdown, 11 November 2005

Eddie Guerrero made an entire career out of his nudge-and-wink 'Lie, Cheat, Steal' mantra as both a heel and babyface during his short but emphatic WWE career, to the point where even his last match was highlighted by a memorable sleight of hand trick against a clueless Mr Kennedy.

Just days before his tragic death, Guerrero won a spot on a Survivor Series team he'd sadly never compete for thanks to his tried and tested trick with a steel chair. After grinning down the hard camera's lens with the referee grounded, 'Latino Heat' walloped the canvas with the weapon then threw it to a clueless Kennedy.

Despite the motormouth's protestations, the referee believed he'd caught him red-handed and issued an immediate disqualification. Cheating on top of cheating, Guerrero hadn't just taken the easy route - he'd taken an even easier one. Deeply sad in just how entertaining it all was, Eddie's phenomenal performance was a brief break from his intense heel persona due to the long-form plan to dethrone World Champion Batista. To this end, it was an incredibly fond farewell.
