10 Most Devastating WWE Superstar Injuries Of 2015

1. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins will remember the 4th of November 2015 for a very long time because it was on that night that he sustained a devastating injury. Landing awkwardly while attempting a sunset flip Powerbomb off the top rope, Rollins tweaked knee and tore his ACL. That is a devastating injury that will not only put him out of action for between 6-9 months, meaning that it's very likely that he won€™t be able to wrestle at WrestleMania. This injury couldn€™t come at a worse time. Despite being booked like a coward and a chickens**t ever since he won the WWE WHC at WrestleMania 31, Rollins was arguably the best worker in the company and has put on several fantastic matches during this calendar year. He was growing as a performer with every passing week, and it was clear that WWE had huge plans for him. As it currently stands, WWE has to re-write their short-term and long-term storylines to adapt to this unfortunate injury. They€™re going to create a tournament for the title now that Rollins is gone, which will further increase speculation on who will leave Survivor Series as champion. Longer term, it looks like the much-anticipated Shield Triple-Threat match for the title won€™t be taking place, and will be reserved for a future WrestleMania instead.
